At Wood Work store we pride ourselves on producing high quality wood products with precision and care. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here for you.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Individual or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be forwarded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund as requested.
